Three main parties will be on hand to announce the event: Sofitel Luxury Hotels, Asia Pacific, the managing group for Phokeethra Country Club and Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort; Asian Tour; and our main sponsor, Johnnie Walker. The press conference will officially announce the upcoming tournament, the second such consecutive international event in Cambodia hosted by Phokeethra Country Club, the first international championship golf course in Siem Reap.

Due to the great success of the 2007 event, we expect many professional golfers to join the Johnnie Walker Cambodian Open 2008. This is a unique opportunity for golfers to participate in a game they love in one of the world's top up-and-coming cultural destinations.
